This is my engagement picture to Marie Mayes (yes we are still married). We met while I lived in a dumpy cold small cabin in Winfield near Woods Lake.
I don't know what possessed me to move there. The rent was something like $125/month but it was costing me over $100/mth for heat and hot water, the place wasn't insulated.
It was rustic and dirty and just not very nice at all.
