We have lived in this large 3 Bedroom, 1400 sq. ft. condo smack in the middle of Kelowna for almost 7 years now.
For me it's great, no maintenance and a short walk to work if I want, an even shorter drive. We have a pool and hot tub and total security. And it's value keeps increasing rapidly. For right now, its all I want.
